Trainers Jimmy Ruoff and Sammy Tumminello Teach the Basics of Boxing
Our "Introductory Youth Clinic" is an 5-week clinic (1 hour /week) in which participants learn the Basics of Boxing with other beginners (up to age 15). The clinic will be both fun and educational. It is designed to introduce the Sport of Boxing to those individuals who are interested in Boxing and want to learn some Basic Boxing Skills. The cost for the 5-week session is only $100 (includes handwraps, jump rope and gym tee-shirt). During the 5-weeks, we will actively demonstrate and each person will participate in skill drills (LIVE CONTACT is OPTIONAL). Participants wishing to continue can enroll in one of our other programs for Beginner Boxers.
