The GYM HOURS are posted on a weekly basis in the SCHEDULE below.
Members can make arrangements for gym time any weekday between 9am - 4pm (Floor Workouts Only...no focus mitt work or sparring if trainers are not on duty).
Evening Gym Hours are available - schedule Mitt Work, Sparring, and training plan with your Trainer.
